Should I repair or replace my forklift battery?+
It depends on the fault. A few weak cells or a watering and connector problem is usually worth repairing; a pack near end of life across every cell is better replaced. We load-test first and tell you honestly which way pays off.
What forklift battery problems can you repair?+
Weak or dead cells, pack imbalance, low capacity, watering-system faults, corroded terminals, and damaged cables or connectors. If it’s a lead-acid forklift pack, we can usually diagnose and fix it.
Do you repair on-site or do I ship the battery?+
It depends on the job. Minor fixes and diagnostics we can often handle on-site across Southern California; deeper cell work is done at our San Bernardino shop. We’ll tell you which once we see the symptoms.
Is the repair work warrantied?+
Yes. We stand behind our repair work the same way we warranty our refurbished packs. We’ll confirm the exact terms for your repair when we quote it.
How much does forklift battery repair cost?+
Less than a new pack in most cases, since you’re paying to fix specific cells or parts rather than buy a whole battery. We quote the exact repair after we diagnose it.
Are these refurbished or new batteries?+
Refurbished. We rebuild existing packs. Replace weak cells, rebalance, refresh electrolyte, and load-test every cell. For ~70–85% of new performance at 40–60% of new cost, backed by a 12-month replacement warranty.
What warranty comes with a refurbished battery?+
Every refurbished pack carries a 12-month replacement warranty. If it fails, we swap it. With local service and no freight-back hassle.
