How long do refurbished forklift batteries last?+

Typically 3–5 years in single-shift warehouse use. Careful watering, matched chargers, and avoiding opportunity charging extend that range.

What's the difference between refurbished and new?+

Refurbished batteries reuse the case and strong cells, replacing weak cells and rebalancing the pack. You get roughly 70–85% of new-battery performance at 40–60% of new-battery cost.

Do you handle my old battery trade-in?+

Yes, we handle DOT-compliant removal and provide trade-in credit based on voltage, Ah, and condition.

What voltages do you carry?+

24V, 36V, 48V, and 80V. Amp-hour range from ~280Ah to ~1,550Ah depending on voltage class.

How fast can you deliver to the Inland Empire?+

3–7 business days for 24V–48V; 7–10 days for 80V. Urgent / down-equipment orders are prioritized. Call us directly.

Do you install?+

Yes. Free shipping to Southern California includes lift gate service and installation coordination.

What is your warranty?+

12 months, full replacement, local service. See /warranty for details.

Can I pay by PO / Net 30?+

Qualified business accounts can set up Net-30 terms. Credit card, ACH, and wire accepted on all orders.
