Every refurbished forklift battery we sell carries a 12-month full replacement warranty.
What's covered
- Premature cell failure under normal single-shift duty
- Manufacturing or refurbishment defects
- Capacity drop below published Ah threshold within 12 months
What's not covered
- Damage from failure to water regularly
- Overcharging / incorrect charger voltage
- Physical damage, freeze damage, or accident
- Opportunity or "fast" charging without matched charger
How claims work
- Call us at (909) 706-6037, and we answer during Mon–Fri 6am–6pm PT.
- We schedule an on-site load test within 48 hours in the Inland Empire.
- If the battery fails spec, we replace it at no cost, with local pickup and drop-off included.
